Recently, the "Happily Employed" program was also officially initiated on the same day, which was aimed at providing whole-chain and whole-system policy services to help college graduates find their satisfactory jobs.

　　According to the plan of the "Happily Employed" program, the Human Resources Bureau of Yangpu District requested that sub-districts actively seek out college graduates within their districts to understand their job intentions and needs, and their employment status in order to provide targeted services. At present, 2,190 college graduates have been interviewed, and 694 of them are in the search for jobs. Each graduate has been registered and files are created for them to get on the job "train."

　　It's understood that Yangpu District has significantly increased the proportions of jobs for college graduates in this year's employment, including jobs in public institutions, state-owned enterprises, public and private schools, and social services, all for college graduates to fill them. Earlier of the program, six group companies of the District published 39 vacant positions, and received 2,000 resumes, attracting far more applicants than last years. The District's educational system published its second batch of 407 job positions at public schools, and received 3,109 applications. Private schools published 48 job positions and received 1,763 resumes. Sub-districts have also started their employment in May.

　　In addition to various on-site and online job fairs, the "Happily Employed" program will also rely on sub-districts and college job boards to provide professional and personalized employment guidance for college students, update regularly the job information on online platforms, like the "dream job space" and Yangpu Employment Services QQ chat group, provide with them real-time online guidance and peer coaching, and build platforms for college students to connect with their professional mentors and provide them with targeted employment guidance and job information.

　　The "Happily Employment" program will also actively promote and implement Shanghai's employment subsidy policy regarding college graduates, including one-time job-seeking and start-up subsidy, flexible employment subsidy, and social security contribution subsidy for small businesses that employ college graduates, to guarantee that college graduates find a job.
