　　In an era where generative AI blossoms and models demand immense computing power, cloud-native scheduling has become essential. By 2025, it's predicted that over 95% of new digital businesses will operate on cloud-native platforms.

　　Open source, the shared foundation of innovation, remains a vital nutrient in this fertile environment. At KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2024 in March, DaoCloud, a Shanghai-based company, took the spotlight with ten sessions and three exhibition areas covering AI, networking, storage, and multi-cluster operations.

　　Founded in 2014 in Shanghai's Yangpu district, DaoCloud, led by CEO Chen Qiyan, likens itself to a vessel navigating the vast sea of cloud-native technology.

　　With 2,541 proposals submitted to KubeCon EU 2024, only 9% made the cut. DaoCloud stood out with ten accepted proposals. Their sessions, ranging from core project governance using Kubernetes to enhanced monitoring with contextual and structured logging, captured significant attention and spurred discussions, establishing DaoCloud as the most selected company from the Asia-Pacific region at the conference.

　　Cloud native may sound familiar, yet its complexities remain elusive to many. Chen Qiyan explains that cloud native is an innovative software development and deployment strategy that maximizes cloud efficiencies to help businesses rapidly develop and deploy applications, boosting agility, scalability, and reducing IT costs.

　　The event was not just about discussions; it also featured numerous exhibition areas for deeper engagement and collaboration among businesses and attendees.

　　Following the opening of the solution exhibition area, participants from over 40 countries across various industries flocked to DaoCloud's booth. The lively discussions revolved around cloud-native developments, core products, case studies, and potential collaborations. The booth also featured brain-teasing activities like traditional sliding puzzles and word games, creating a buzz of intellectual excitement.

　　DaoCloud also seized this opportunity to expand its international presence. On March 18th, DaoCloud's expert team visited Axians in France to discuss technological prospects and collaborative ventures. Shortly thereafter, DaoCloud and Axians Cloud Service Provider announced a strategic partnership to drive technological innovation and market expansion in the cloud services sector. Under this agreement, DaoCloud will provide specialized technical solutions and business consulting to support ACSP's rapid growth. Both parties will engage in deeper cooperation in technical training, knowledge transfer, and open-source contributions, enhancing their global technological brand presence. ACSP will prioritize DaoCloud's products in its business growth and market expansion efforts, bolstering DaoCloud's penetration into the French and European markets.

　　DaoCloud's global expansion is not a mere coincidence; it reflects its active participation and significant contributions to the global open-source community. In the past year, DaoCloud has been ranked among the top three contributors to core projects like Kubernetes. Currently, DaoCloud has open-sourced more than ten projects, with eight included in the Cloud Native Landscape and four incubated by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). From initially being an observer to becoming a leader, DaoCloud has made significant strides in the open-source community.
