As learned from Yangpu District Federation of Labor Unions, the district is to rate the existing 20 “Love Mommy Cabins” and set up ten more to extend love and care to working women who are preparing for pregnancy, pregnant women and those who are nursing their children. In this way, these working women will have a private, clean, comfortable and safe place at work and in public venues.

　　Ms Wang living in ChangbaiXincun Neighborhood Community is working in an office building in Huangpu. Her baby is more than seven months and still needs nursing. She had to bring her breast pump to work and pump out milk in the library or the meeting room every day because there is no such a private cabin in the office. Her practice is not sanitary or convenient. As learned, there are 20 “Love Mommy Cabins” in Yangpu, providing a private and cozy place to nursing mothers.

　　Since 2013, the Women Workers Committee of Shanghai Federation of Labor Unions has been promoting the construction of “Love Mommy Cabins” in full swing. The cabins in Yangpu are scattered in BailianYouyicheng Shopping Mall, Oriental Department Store Yangpu, Wanda Plaza, TongjiAlliancells Bioscience Co., Ltd., Embry Form Shanghai Co., Ltd. Anshan Kindergarten, Jianshe Middle School and the head office of New Oriental Education & Technology Group, etc. The cabins are comprehensively furnished with facilities such as a refrigerator, a micro-wave oven, a water dispenser, mother-child care case, newspaper stand, etc. The environment in the cabin is very cozy.
