The new speed of the "half-day certificate issuance" is just the practice of launching the "2.0 version" to optimize the business environment in Shanghai. "Although the time is shorter, we didn't reduce any procedures," the staff at the office told the us. At least 5 or 6 colleagues are involved to ensure that all processes are seamlessly linked to issue the certificate to the companies as soon as possible."
Before the launch of the half-day certificate issuance opening service for factory and warehouse transfer registration, the application for the registration of real estate transaction requires at least three submissions, which was reduced to one now.
