Dachuangzhi Functional Zone is centered on the Knowledge & Innovation Community, and planned to cover north of East Guoding Road, south of East Yingao Road, west of Guohe Road and east of Guoding Road, with an area of about 6 square kilometers. At present, the park is the home to more than 3,100 enterprises, more than 70,000 knowledge staff, as well as a multitude of world-leading innovative companies such as IBM, Dell EMC, AECOM, and eBaoTech. On December 18th, the Dachuangzhi Shanghai Service Industry Innovation Development Demonstration Zone Promotion Conference was convened.

　　Dachuangzhi Functional Zone is a pioneer and experimental area for Yangpu to implement the development philosophy of "Three-District Linkage and Three-City Integration", a core area for Yangpu to build the national innovative and entrepreneurial demonstration area, an innovative development demonstration area of Shanghai's service industry and an important pioneer area for Shanghai to build the sci-tech innovation center.

　　As introduced by the head of District Development and Reform Commission, after long-term development, the park has gradually formed three leading industries of the information service industry represented by artificial intelligence, cloud computing and big data, the smart medical service industry and the design service industry, relying on the top 500 multinational companies and industrial leading companies, to promote close integration and mutual penetration of industrial vertical and horizontal division of labor, actively foster "unicorn" rookies with advanced overseas and domestic level in segmented domains, stimulate exchanges and cooperation between enterprises in the park through the Dachuangzhi enterprise alliance platform, propel communication and cooperation of enterprises with governments, universities and innovation platforms, and comprehensively push forward intelligent, high-end, integrated, platform and green development of relevant industries.

　　At the conference, representatives of We Doctor, CBA, OrderPlus, TCI and other enterprises signed a contract with Dachuangzhi to officially settle in the park. Dachuangzhi's corporate representatives including eBaoTech shared cases in terms of Shanghai's unique service industry building, service industry & urban development, high-tech service industry development and so forth.

　　It is reported that in the future, Dachuangzhi Functional Zone will target at "creating a national-level service industry development demonstration zone", comprehensively upgrade the "public service platform of leading industry", build a high-level demonstration area with prominent brand effect.
