Recently, the "Young People Employment Service Bay" was officially launched at the Yangpu Employment Promotion Center Anshan Branch.

　　In the future, leveraging the "Young People Employment Service Bay", Yangpu District plans to buy services from social organizations to carry out a series of young people career experience activities including employment training, employment guidance, helping job-seekers improve themselves and obtain the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude for future jobs.

　　The "employment training factory" project, by simulating a company's operations (with "Information Department", "Personnel Department", "Market Department"), organized trainees to help other job-seekers with training, job-seeking, interviews, etc. Here, the young job-seekers can learn to actively hunt for jobs, instead of passively waiting for others’ help. The training of the factory includes three parts and lasts for 3 months at most. 12 people participated the first session of the project, and the training has been going on for a month by now.

　　The Dual Guidance (career guidance and psychological guidance) for Unemployed Youth Project, sponsored by the Shanghai Renyu Social Service Center, aims to help unemployed young people overcome their psychological difficulties through psychological counseling seminars, themed salons, case counseling, etc. This year, 500 people have taken part in these activities in Yangpu District. Besides unemployed youth, some parents will also attend the seminars to learn how to create a more harmonious family environment.
