　　Hundred boats compete to win, and those struggling to paddle will arrive first. In the ripened spring, Changyang Campus is a scene of hustle and bustle. Park enterprises gear up in the opening of 14th Five-Year Plan, accelerating at the start and vying for the first.

　　Hujiang Group, a sci-tech company specialized in Internet education, has just moved into the park recently. This time the Group moved 25 business departments inside with nearly 750 employees. "It resembles a university campus here, with community-based overall design, so everyone calls it 'campus'." Despite a few days since moving, Song Xiangwei, Chairman and CEO of Hujiang Education & Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., has already wandered all over the park including restaurants, coffee shops, gymnasiums and large gardens. "Other sci-tech parks highlight commercial office attributes, while it puts community atmosphere on top priority here, which is the most different from the parks I've ever approached."

　　As the only National Demonstration Base for Innovation and Entrepreneurship announced and accoladed by the State Council for four consecutive years, Yangpu District will vigorously push forward construction of four functional areas of Binjiang, GKIC, Great Campus and Tongji Rim during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, build 3 hundred billion-level industrial clusters of online new economy, modern design and intelligent manufacturing, to fully amplify the multiplier effect of enterprise, capital, talent and technology agglomeration and create more economic growth points.

　　Among four innovation and entrepreneurship blocks, Changyang Campus currently has an occupancy rate of over 90%. In Q1 this year, the park embraced Hujiang Group and Xiaohongshu team. Other unicorn companies in the park also act frequently. "AI+health" company Rontgen Medical is about to open after years of preparation. "AI+logistics" company Inceptio Technology has just expanded its lease by two floors, and "AI+new energy" company Aiways Auto is poised to launch a new car...

　　"One leaf shakes another leaf. The gathering of these entrepreneurs is also a manifestation of ecology." For the purpose of better forging the ecology of "campus", in recent years, Changyang Campus has focused on creating atmosphere, expediting carrier project construction and enhancing overall environmental quality, to facilitate reusing space, re-optimizing modality and further bringing unique features into play. Xi Rongqing, General Manager of Changyang Campus revealed that following the introduction of bookstores, gyms and other business modalities last year, projects such as Changyang Theater Small Auditorium and Changyang Campus Museum will be introduced this year, (transfer to 4th edition) (link with 1st edition) to further diversify the connotation of campus and raise the quality of entrepreneur's life. Additionally, the preparation of a project named "Campus Cluster" is also in full swing. "In two buildings of about 20,000 square meters at the entrance of Changyang Road, many business modalities such as WAGAS and Tims Coffee are available to meet the needs of young people."

　　In the newly renovated office space of Hujiang Group, various business departments are busy preparing for the "new launch". In the online classroom, star teacher Wang Chao is carrying out online teaching for students. The staff of Foreign Teacher Management Center are holding a video conference of lecture to foreign teacher newcomers on the platform. The supplier that provides audio-video technical support for these services is an enterprise based in the park, in the Development Department, technicians are busy developing new tools for corporate platform transformation, and these teaching tools can provide teaching support for more SMEs and individual entrepreneurs.
