　　ByteDance recently signed a contract to settle in The Springs Yangpu Shanghai. It is reported that ByteDance leased the Shangpu Center of The Springs Phase I, with a total area of approximately 32,000 square meters, and about 3,000 people are forecast to settle in the new workplace.

　　The Springs is located at the gateway of Xinjiangwancheng Yangpu District, with a total construction area of 1,270,000 square meters, as the largest urban complex developed by Tishman Speyer in China. Sci-tech innovation and cultural creative industries gather in the vicinity, plus first-class education resources and abundant human resources, offering broad space and excellent opportunities for future development of enterprises.

　　The reporter learned that after ByteDance signed the contract, the park was close to full occupancy. The established Shangpu Center Park provides convenient infrastructure and human-oriented service for enterprises in terms of health, green, intelligence and more. Currently, the park has attracted regional headquarters of renowned companies to settle in, such as Nike, Henkel and Jahwa, as well as emerging Internet companies of rr.tv, Nanjids.com and so forth. The new Grade A office building and 280m "Wisdom Eye" twin towers are under construction nearby on the new plot of The Springs that may rise as another new landmark of Yangpu District and even Shanghai. "The new plot is designed to improve international community functions of The Springs from multiple perspectives of urban scale, integrated commerce, spatial connectivity and sustainability, and boost urban development of innovative Yangpu." Relevant head of The Springs said.
