Recently, Shanghai Yangpu District Big Data Center held a remote "cloud contract signing" alongside Suzhou High-tech District, Zhejiang Taizhou Administrative Service Center and Anhui Bozhou Data Resources Bureau via video to jointly sign the Cooperative Agreement on "Cross-provincial Handling" of Government Services, ushering in a new chapter of integrated development cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta. The "cross-provincial handling" of government services was launched in four localities of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui to further expand the scope of "cross-provincial handling" of government services, service experiences and service capabilities in the Yangtze River Delta, and facilitate people to handle business in different localities. According to introduction, through friendly consultations of four places, the first list of 72 business handling items around key areas of market supervision, social security, medical insurance and archive query, in six areas of sorting out list matters, clarifying business standards, formulating handling procedures, setting up handling windows, establishing authorization trust mechanisms and smoothing postal delivery channels, hence laying a solid foundation for substantively promoting cooperation and co-building of four localities. The cross-regional coordinated development of government services in four localities can not only exert the best of abilities and showcase respective strengths, but also gather strength and clinch fingers into a fist.
In the next step, combined with urban digital transformation, Yangpu will push forward "One Network Handling" efficiency improvement plan, realize data empowerment, accelerate online and offline integration of "cross-provincial handling" of services, deepen the construction of offline special windows, improve mobile terminal service capabilities, explore new model, new connotation, new form and new path of "cross-provincial handling" of services, transform respective advantages of four localities into overall advantages, accelerate achieving "same city treatment" of government services in four localities, and contribute to the integration of government services in the Yangtze River Delta.
