The government of Yangpu District and bbw Group - The Educational Association of the Bavarian Economy from Germany have signed an agreement to further their cooperation. In the meantime, the brand new Yangpu Young Workers Training Space at 1205 Kongjiang Road has also put into use.

　　Yangpu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the BBW Group have started the cooperation in July 2014 to introduce the advance concept of “employment enabling factory” from Germany and launched “Employment Training Space” - the project to help young people with their employment. With its simulation of workplace, 360 degree training model, the “Employment Training Space” has helped young people seek employment at the first level labor market through specialized knowledge in job-seeking, ideas about workplace and competences, and application of knowledge and skills in real workplace. As of this April, the “Employment Training Space” has graduated 98 students, 75 of which were employed (12 still in training), reaching a ratio of first-time employment of 87%. After the signing ceremony, the space was relocated to Kongjiang Road and was expanded from the area of 50 sq meters in former Anshan Employment Recommendation Branch to 1408 sq meters and from one factory with 12 spots to three factories with 60 spots. The training model has also been added by business simulation training model to the original human resource simulation company model.

　　The newly added business simulation company operates for the interaction and trade among businesses online and offline through a simulated O2O online platform. The company consists of administration, human resources, financial, purchasing, sales and marketing departments. The students decide the department and post that they want to try through interview, quality assessment and group activities and then work at the post. The departments are closely related and cooperate with each other so that the students can learn on the job at the posts they choose at different departments. In this way they accumulated experience and enhanced their competitiveness. The new “employment training space” was launched in early May and recruited students for training. The project attracted many participants as soon as it is available. 60 posts have been filled so far. 60 young people are engaged in systematic training for future employment.
