With rapid development of online food order market, the safety of takeaway food has always attracted attention. On October 12, Yangpu District Market Supervision Administration and Meituan Dianping Group signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on Social Co-governance in Food Safety, thus the government and enterprise joined hands to ensure the safety of online ordered food, and strive to achieve food safety co-construction, co-governance and co-sharing, which is an important measure for Yangpu to carry out social co-governance in food safety.

　　According to introduction, this memorandum of cooperation covers a total of nine projects, namely leveraging the "Sky Net system" (electronic file system of networking operators) to strengthen online food order access management; leveraging the "Sky Eye System" (food safety keyword screening analysis system) to implement food safety risk warning and supervision management; hiring food delivery riders as social supervisors of food safety; incorporating the quantitative supervision grading and scoring results of networking catering operators, unqualified random inspection information, administrative punishment and other information into the platform credit evaluation reference parameters to enhance quality of the catering industry; jointly building the fast-track channel for consumer right protection; organizing platform merchants to involve in food safety construction such as "reliable restaurants", etc. The regulatory authority and food order platform cooperate in all aspects of access management, information sharing, law enforcement cooperation and social supervision, to form an online catering food safety co-governance model under concerted efforts of government, enterprise and public.

　　On the same day, Shanghai's first group of food order platforms and catering chain companies jointly launched the "Joint Food Security Seal" in Yangpu. The "small" security seal reveals the "big" resolution; at the signing ceremony, Woomy Sushi on behalf of networking catering operators expressed not to take initiative in providing disposable tableware in the future, but to prompt consumers to order the proper amount of food, clean and disinfect dishes. Meituan food delivery riders demonstrated the meal box disinfection process. As introduced, before going to work every day, the rider must clean the meal box, firstly disinfect with alcohol and then wipe clean with a towel, to ensure food safety.

　　Next, the District Market Supervision Administration will vigorously promote various cooperative projects with Meituan Dianping Group, to transit from a one-way linear supervision led by the government to a food safety co-governance pattern of diversified participation, hence facilitating healthy and orderly development of online catering industry, and enhancing the sense of gain, happiness and security of the general public.
