The iZhaoHu Senior Citizen Care Home at Jiangpu Sub-district was officially established. This community embedded care facility at 777 Feihong Road covers an area of 300 square meters and has 12 long-term care places for residents nearby, providing professional half-care and full-care services for the elderly. Ms. Zhang, a resident of Yaojiaqiao Residential Area, suffers from a knee pain and after experiencing the treatment by professional rehabilitation practitioners, she said, "It feels good to have rehabilitation treatment right near my home. It is so convenient."

　　To implement this practical project proposed by the municipal and district governments, Jiangpu Sub-district, under the guidance of the Yangpu Civil Affairs Bureau, has actively prepared for the construction of the care home, during which it introduced for the first time a third-party professional agency - "iZhaoHu". After the establishment, the care home can accommodate both short-term stays and home care, with nurses, rehabilitation professionals and caretakers providing 24-hour health care and prevention, home care, day care, and short-term entrusting service, meeting the diverse needs of elderly people with impotence and dementia in the community.

　　For the elderly with mild and moderate level of dysfunction, iZhaoHu will fully leverage the professional efforts of the care home to provide home-based care service aimed to maintain or improve their self-care ability, to delay their entry into the facilities. For home-based elderly with severe dysfunction (mild dementia) who are just discharged from the hospital with serious illness but cannot immediately return home, iZhaoHu will provide short-term accommodation, so as to release the pressure of the family, extend the life cycle of family care services, and reduce the pressure on the public resources. 

　　"Care + Intelligence" is another highlight of the iZhaoHu care home: each elderly residents will wear a smart bracelet that can locate in real time and record the service and duration of the nursing staff. Also, the intelligent care beds can monitor heart rates, respiratory rates and other physical functions in real time; the users can adjust the height and curve of the mattress through the remote control, and raise or lower the railings as a balance bar for training and walking.
