　　Yinhang Sub-district has jurisdiction over a total of 49 residential areas. How to forge a health party-mass service network by linking dots into lines and weaving network with lines, solve fitness and health problems in old residential quarters, and enable 200,000 residents to enjoy high-quality fitness health service at their doorsteps? The sub-district has established a health party-mass service network at three levels of "sub-district—Xincun area—residential area", pooled efforts to tackle problems ingeniously, and racked its brain to safeguard physical health of residents.

　　Recently, the reporter arrived at the Citizen Health Party-Mass Service Station in the Third Residential Area Guohe Yicun Yinhang Sub-district. Many residents were exercising on their appropriate fitness equipment.

　　85-year-old Shen Shanfu said that the health station at his doorstep was what he wanted, and despite small space, it was truly small and outstanding. "Look, I put my feet on this equipment which will shake and promote blood circulation in legs, and hold on to relieve the pain in lower limbs. I feel wonderful."

　　Unlike Shen Shanfu, Aunt Shen is used to vertical rhythm sofa here. As the equipment got started, Aunt Shen slowly relaxed her body, accelerated gastrointestinal motility, and improved physical metabolic capacity, relaxing body and mind in a few minutes, which is a perfect experience. "Buying a machine at home, space conditions won't permit, but coming here to both enhance neighborhood relationship and exercise, it couldn't be better." As introduced by the staff, there are more than 30 volunteers at the Citizen Health Party-Mass Service Station in the Third Residential Area Guohe Yicun, everyone takes turns on shifts, a person stays on duty at the service station every day, and residents can also measure blood pressure, and read books and newspapers here.

　　Tai Chi pusher, kid's seesaw... Guohe Ercun Citizen Health Party-Mass Service Station is an outdoor activity venue. Diverse fitness equipment abounds here, also serving a wide range of population.

　　Community party member volunteer Xia Yuemei told reporter that residents used to walk around this barren land, but now they gathered to come, "We make an ashram in snail shell. In spite of small venue, functions are complete. There are kid's activity area, elderly fitness area, disabled exercise area and fitness walkway. Not only residents of our residential quarter often come to exercise on site, but it also attracts residents of surrounding residential quarters." Nowadays, many community party member volunteers like Xia Yuemei join forces and proactively establish a volunteer service team of the Guohe Ercun Citizen Health Party-Mass Service Station, so as to maintain venue operation service and lead healthy trend of the community.

　　From the first citizen health promotion center throughout life cycle and citizen population to the first citizen health party-mass service station characterized by "party building + health" citywide, followed by becoming a "community health master" demonstration point in Yangpu, Yinhang Citizen Health Party-Mass Service Station has apparently emerged as a new social media shot in the community.

　　Here exists "Senior Sport Health Home" for elderly exercise, "Delight Space" for youth fitness, "Cute Fun Park" for kid's play and "Healthcare Garden" for the disabled rehabilitation. Every fitness enthusiast here can find their exclusive exercise space, and this is an ideal place for "three generations to exercise together".
