　　First of all, further step up volunteer recruitment and training. Leverage new media, residential quarter billboard and other carriers to announce channels of recruiting anti-epidemic volunteers on "Shanghai Volunteer" website and WeChat applet, and upgrade public awareness and participation. Thoroughly play the role of party organization at all levels and regional party building advantages, and extensively mobilize municipal and district authority, enterprise and business institution cadres, as well as community party members to actively engage in voluntary service and strengthen anti-epidemic forces.

　　Secondly, further accurately deploy volunteer service forces. Demonstrate the role of "Shanghai Comprehensive Service Platform for Civilized Practice in New Era", enhance connection of resource supply and demand and accurately serve the masses. Intensify recruitment oriented at volunteers in professional positions such as nucleic acid test and psychological counseling, ramp up coordinated deployment at the municipal level, accurately deploy personnel to the most desired places, and assure more professional volunteers to penetrate into grassroots. Guide volunteer service sites at all levels to attract volunteers signing up in their local areas, deploy manpower rationally, set positions and work intensity scientifically, and encourage volunteers to participate in volunteer service nearby.

　　Finally, further perform volunteer assurance and incentive work. Provide volunteers with necessary protective measures, and inform them about rights, obligations and incentive assurance measures. Shanghai Volunteer Association has coordinated with the China Life Insurance Co., Ltd Shanghai Branch to provide the dedicated insurance of "Guard Volunteers" with a maximum compensation of RMB 500,000 free of charge to epidemic prevention and control volunteers. In terms of supply assurance, promptly respond to grassroots requests and distribute supplies to frontline volunteers.

　　"Shanghaifabu" WeChat public account has pushed the "Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control Voluntary Service Operation", providing specific introduction of participation sign-up process. Citizens can participate in various epidemic prevention and control voluntary service items nearby to the best of their abilities through both online and offline channels, including survey registration, temperature measurement and code verification, order guidance, nucleic acid test, psychological counseling, anti-epidemic publicity, information rumor dispelling, foreign language translation and so forth.
