On March 10, 2016 Yangpu District Propaganda Month for the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Returned Overseas Chinese and Family Members of Overseas Chinese was kicked off in Shanghai University of Finance & Economics. The university unveiled a dedicated propaganda corner and held a ceremony to donate related books. Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Yangpu District, Yangpu District Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the Unified Front Work Department in the university and Wujiaochang Neighborhood Community signed an agreement on how to partner up and serve returned overseas Chinese in the university.

　　As learned, the district will better implement the development concept which integrates innovation, harmony, green, open and sharing, actively adapt to new changes of domestic and foreign situations of overseas Chinese, and push forward the construction of “Overseas Chinese Dream Garden”. Yangpu will serve the transformation and upgrading of society and economy, accelerate the construction of service system for the returned overseas Chinese, empower and enroll them to develop the district into a cluster for returned overseas Chinese and high-end talents from overseas to innovate.
